A truly professional job from start to finish. Rob and his team were punctual, courteous and respectful of our home. From the outset, Rob’s engagement focussed on ensuring that we would end up with what we wanted ,while remaining sympathetic to the existing structure, rather than just blindly following the technical diagrams which had missed a few crucial details and finishing touches. Their work ethic was second to none. Rob and team were often there on weekends in order to meet deadlines which may have otherwise been missed due to adverse weather conditions during the build. This level of care and attention continued even after the build was complete, with the team returning to put right any teething issues that may have developed. We will definitely be using WPR again.
We chose Witherby Property Renovations to build our large 2 story extension based on recommendations and are so pleased we did. Rob and his team did an excellent job (again!). We used them to renovate our whole house, add a double height extension and a loft conversion. They arrived and finished when they said they would. WPR were responsible for the complete refurbishment of our house that has been modified over many previous times and so was a particular challenge. They were responsible for all the project management, builders work, electrical work and coordinating the plumber. WPR communicated all the issues that cropped up while refurbishing such a house and provided solutions to the problems. Suggestions were also made throughout the project for improvements, and most importantly of all we were very pleased with the quality of the work. As such, we have been and will continue to recommend WPR.

Witherby Property Renovations did an amazing job of transforming our house into a home. Every floor of the house was renovated in line with our architects plans, which Rob further strengthened as the build progressed. The team did everything from creating a new loft space, bathrooms, cloakrooms, utility space, staircases, plumbing, lighting, flooring, decorating and outside drive! Rob and his team were always on time, clear what they were doing and what they needed from us, tidy, happy and considerate of our family's needs at all time during the 6 month build. The job was finished on time and to the budget we agreed, with Rob clearly communicating where additional cost could be incurred. I have already recommended Witherby Property Renovations to a number of people who have admired our new home and would happily show people the work they have done.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. From the initial meeting and quote there was an efficient ‘can do’ attitude. WPR made things very clear and explained what needs to be done and why. The work started exactly when it was agreed and it was carried out as planned. The extremely efficient organisation of the job meant that there were never any hold ups, the team finished ahead of time. All that remains to be said is that the quality of the work is first rate and we were delighted with the end result. We would definitely use WPR again.
